Narodila jsem se posledního dne roku 1969 v Brně a nedaleko Brna i bydlím. Téměř celý produktivní život jsem se pohybovala v prostředí byznysu, převážně na manažerských pozicích.
Moje cesta k mimořádným stavům vědomí začala v roce 2012, kdy se mi po jednoduché operaci začal měnit život pod rukama. V následujících letech jsem prošla psychospirituální krizí a rozsáhlou životní transformací. Díky tomu jsem podnikla několik cest do Jižní Ameriky za šamany a ayahuascovými ceremoniemi. Přivedlo mne to k prožitkům s psychedeliky a k holotropnímu dýchání. Objevila jsem léčivou sílu mimořádných stavů vědomí a s tím spojenou nezbytnou potřebu práce na sobě. Po více než dvaceti letech jsem opustila prostředí byznysu a našla své poslání v pomoci lidem. V současnosti se věnuji osobnímu rozvoji a alternativním terapiím, jsem průvodcem lidí na cestě k poznání, pochopení a přijetí sebe sama. Jako dobrovolník chodím pomáhat do Domova pro seniory. Jsem účastníkem mezinárodního transpersonálního výcviku Grof Legacy Training pro terapeuty zaměřující se na práci s holotropními stavy vědomí.
Na všech svých spirituálních cestách jsem vnímala díla domorodých umělců, šamanů i prostých lidí, jednoduchá, a přesto hluboce působivá. Tam někde se rodila potřeba i přání jinak než slovy vyjádřit to, co v mimořádných stavech prožívám. A tak jsem si na jaře 2020 koupila svou první sadu na tečkování a začala intuitivně malovat mandaly.
Od té doby s dětskou radostí a nadšením objevuji kromě tečkování mandal další a další možnosti tvoření. Poznávám kouzlo akvarelu i nekonečné možnosti akrylu, fascinuje mě malba na hedvábí. Začala jsem hrát na ukulele a více zpívat. Když se ohlédnu zpátky, vnímám, že mi mimořádné stavy vědomí zásadně pomohly zbavit se traumatizujících zátěží, nalézt skutečnou podstatu života a otevřít pro mne fascinující cestu ke kreativní tvorbě.

I was born on the last day of 1969 in Brno and currently I also live close to this city. I have spent my whole productive life in the business environment, mainly in various management positions.
My journey towards altered states of consciousness began in 2012. At this point, after a simple surgery, my life started to change suddenly. During the following years I underwent a psycho-spiritual crisis and extensive life transformation. Thanks to this shift I made several journeys to South America to meet witch doctors and experience Ayahuasca ceremonies. This brought me closer to experiences with psychedelics and hyperventilation. I discovered the healing power of altered states of consciousness and the related necessity to work on myself. After more than twenty years I said goodbye to the business environment and found my purpose in helping others. Currently, I am engaged in the fields of personal development and alternative therapy, I am a guide on the journey to self-identification, comprehension and acceptance. I also volunteer in a retirement home. I participate in the international transpersonal Grof Legacy Training for therapists focused on work with holotropic states of consciousness.
On all my spiritual journeys I perceived works of native artists, witch doctors and common people, simple and yet spectacular. Somewhere around this point the need and desire to express what I experience during altered states of consciousness was born, which I wanted to express in other manners than words. Therefore, in the spring of 2020 I bought my first dotting set and intuitively started to paint mandalas.
Since then, I have been discovering other creative processes apart of mandala dotting and I have been doing this with almost childish joy and happiness. I have discovered the magic of watercolors and endless possibilities of acrylic paint; I’m fascinated by silk painting. I started to play ukulele and sing more. When I look back, I see that the altered states of consciousness helped me significantly to get rid of any traumatizing burdens, to find the real meaning of life and to open the fascinating path of creativity in front of me.
